Policies & Procedures (Please read carefully before reserving.)

  • Punctuality is required for all scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness to both our team and the clients scheduled after you, all clients are expected to arrive on time without exception.

    Clients who arrive more than five (5) minutes late for their appointment may forfeit their service, as we cannot guarantee availability beyond the scheduled start time.

    If a client is accommodated despite arriving more than five (5) minutes late, a late arrival fee equal to twice the cost of the scheduled service will apply. This fee must be paid in full prior to the start of the service.

    If a service cannot be provided due to late arrival, any deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Clients are strongly encouraged to plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for potential delays, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle issues, or personal scheduling conflicts.

    We respect our clients’ time and maintain a carefully structured schedule. We ask that the same courtesy be extended to us and to the clients who follow your appointment.

  • While the start time of your appointment is fixed, the duration of services is an estimate and may vary based on individual needs, service complexity, and professional judgment.

    We allocate sufficient time to deliver quality results; however, actual service times may differ slightly from the original estimate. This flexibility allows us to maintain our standards without rushing or compromising service quality.

  • A deposit is required to secure most appointments and will be applied toward the final service total. Deposit amounts vary by service. Certain services require full payment in advance.

    All invoices require payment in full.

    All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

    In the event of a temporary closure mandated by local or state government authorities, appointments will be rescheduled within six (6) months of the original date. No refunds will be issued.

    The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
    We prefer cash and also accept Apple Pay and Zelle.

  • All payments, invoices, custom orders, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

    In the event of a temporary closure mandated by local or state government authorities, appointments will be rescheduled within six (6) months of the original appointment date. Refunds will not be issued.

  • Paid street parking is available in the surrounding area. Clients are responsible for securing parking and allowing sufficient time to arrive on time for their appointment.

  • Clients are expected to honor their scheduled reservation date and time without exception.

    Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the original form of payment.

    If a client is not serviced and/or cannot be rescheduled due to non-arrival, any deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed, regardless of the reason.

    In the event of a temporary closure mandated by local or state government authorities, appointments will be rescheduled within six (6) months at no additional fee.

    All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Saturday and Sunday reservations cannot be cancelled or modified.

    Failure to arrive for a scheduled Saturday or Sunday appointment will result in the full service amount being charged to the payment method on file.

    All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • A shampoo and blow-dry of your natural hair is included with all applicable services.

    Extension care is not included in your reservation. All extensions must be washed and fully dried prior to arrival. If you require extension washing and drying, this service must be selected as an add-on at the time of booking.

    All hair must be fully detangled and free of matting before your appointment. Hair that has been freshly unbraided must also be completely detangled prior to arrival.

    Take-down services are not included with any service and must be selected as an add-on during booking.

    If hair is tangled or matted upon arrival, service is not guaranteed. If service is provided under these conditions, a detangling fee of $150 per hour, prorated, will apply.

    Clients with extremely thick hair may be subject to an additional fee. This fee varies by service. Clients who are unsure whether this applies are required to submit a photo for approval prior to booking.

    If service cannot be provided due to hair condition or preparation issues, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

  • We understand that clients may need to use their phones during their appointment. However, to maintain a comfortable and professional environment for all clients and staff, speakerphone use is not permitted.

    If a phone conversation is audible to the stylist or others in the salon, clients will be asked to end the call or step outside.

    We also ask that all clients refrain from using profanity while in the salon.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive up to five (5) minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

    We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure availability that best accommodates your schedule.

    Only clients with a scheduled appointment are permitted in the salon. Children and additional guests are not allowedunless they are being serviced.

    All customization requests or special instructions must be communicated at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. Requests made outside of this window may not be accommodated.

    Media Release & Use of Likeness

    By scheduling an appointment, you grant Justin Revenge permission to capture and use your likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media (“Media”) for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to web-based publications, social media, marketing, and promotional materials, without compensation or additional consideration.

    You understand and agree that all Media becomes the exclusive property of Justin Revenge and will not be returned or distributed to you.

    You irrevocably authorize Justin Revenge to edit, alter, reproduce, publish, and distribute such Media for any lawful purpose. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media and waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to its use.

    You further agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Justin Revenge from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of such Media, including claims by heirs, representatives, or assigns.

    Parking Information

    Paid street parking is available. Clients are responsible for observing all posted signage, including street cleaning schedules and temporary parking restrictions.

    Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

    We reserve the right to update these policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.

    We reserve the right to cancel any appointment and to refuse service to any individual, at our sole discretion.

    Walk-ins are not permitted.
